FY2016 Continuum of Care Application Available for Review

In order to receive the maximum number of points available in Section VI.C.1.b.3 of the FY2016 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), each Continuum of Care must have in place a process to make all parts of the CoC Consolidated Application (which are the CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing) available on its website to its community for inspection and to notify community members and key stakeholders that the CoC Consolidated Application is available.

The FY2016 NPCOC Consolidated Application and FY2016 NPCOC Project Listing were posted to the website of the Northern Panhandle Continuum of Care Lead Agency, the Greater Wheeling Coalition for the Homeless at on Tuesday September 12 2016. PDF copies of those documents can be viewed by visiting www.wheelinghomeless.org, where they can be found on the HOME page under the heading of "Latest News".

All parts of the FY2016 NPCoC application, including individual project submissions for renewal of Supportive Services Only and Residential Housing, along with applications for new funding of a Permanent Housing Bonus project to provide Rapid ReHousing and an NPCOC Planning project, were submitted on eSnaps Monday September 12, in advance of the September 14 deadline detailed in the NOFA.
